Christmas Card Competition Winner

Congratulations to Abigail from Year 12, who has become the first ever winner of our Christmas Card competition!

Launched by Mrs Jeys back in October, the brief asked girls from across the senior school to design a Christmas Card that was suitable for all faiths and captured the warmth and joy of the festive period.   Mrs Jeys was keen to add a personal touch to the card this year and for students to have the opportunity to put a Manchester High stamp on it! 

Abigail used digital media to create a colourful design that is bright and joyful and brings fun to the festive season.  She was joined by runners-up, Luella and Olivia, also from Year 12, at a small and socially distanced prize-giving in the Head Mistress’ Office. 

Mrs Jeys presented her with a copy of the printed card along with her prizes.  Well done to all three girls - we hope you continue to nurture your artistic talents.
